get to know me
Hi, I’m Anant!
I design places where architecture, sustainability, and digital technology come together to create real, measurable value. From early concepts to execution, my work focuses on building smarter, more efficient, and future-ready environments.
My journey started early. A computer in 1998 introduced me to design and simulation tools, and that curiosity quickly turned into a lifelong passion for planning and building in both digital and physical worlds. Today, that same curiosity drives my mission: to create a sustainable future through the power of design and digital technologies.
Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worked across an unusually wide spectrum. From world's largest multistorey data center, the world's top-rated airport, multispeciality hospital, region's largest commercial malls, institutional campuses, hydroelectric projects, high-rise housing, Single-family homes, and large-scale master plans. Each project is shaped by integrated thinking, lean delivery, and a strong connection to nature.
The work you’ll see here reflects that approach. Thoughtful design, strong coordination, and solutions that perform well for people, business, and the environment.

Architecture

An Innovative journey in architecture and design
Sustainable Design
Sustainability as a baseline in the built environment
Integrated Project Delivery
Integrated project delivery using digital tools
Different walks of professional life

Lean Construction
Lean is not a philosophy; it's a possibility, see my works on Lean Design and Construction
Digital Fabrication / DFMA
DFMA is the art of building off-site components or even complete assemblies
Digital Twin
Digital twins are digital replicas of actual facilities, utilised from design to construction and O&M throughout the lifecycle of facilities

My work in sustainability encompasses
In today's complex environment within the AECO industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owners), LEAN and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) are nearly impossible without using BIM, VDC, or digital technologies at any stage whether the schematic, planning, design, or construction of the built environment.
This has resulted in 10 dimensions of BIM. See the section to learn more about my work.
