Designing and executing Industrial projects focused on developing, improving, or expanding industrial operations and infrastructure. These projects typically involved complex design and multidisciplinary collaboration, to enhance production capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and technological advancement within various categories of industries.
Projects in this category I've worked on include large-scale logistics hubs, to data centers such as the offsite prefabrication excellence on Global Switch Datacentre, Meta's multibillion-dollar data center in Asia. Because of their industrial nature design, these projects present numerous opportunities for modularity and offsite fabrication, whether in terms of services such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, structure prefabrication, and even architectural modularization. Industrial projects focus on efficient space utilization and flexibility, from the early conceptual stages and if planned and designed efficiently, can contribute significantly to achieving the sustainability goals.

JTC Food Hub
JTC foodhub is a food processing and packaging facility located in the Sembawang Planning Area of Singapore.
The project consists of 50 factory units (800sqm each) and 1 warehouse (15000sqm) located at ground level + ancillary facilities (electrical rooms, chiller plants, resting areas, canteen, management offices, etc) distributed in a 7 storey building.
Factory unit are located Level 3 and above and each unit includes restrooms, waste disposal, office space, mezzanine and 4 loading dock (2 processing, 2 raw). Parking : Car parking has been provided at the 3rd level. This spaces also includes resting area for staff and tenents. A 12mts wide ramp provides access to semi-trucks throughout the facility. Lifts : Total of 11 lifts are provided that includes 3 passenge lifts, 6 fire lifts, and 2 goods lift
