  • Major Tasks: 3D model creation, coordination and collaboration, 4D, 5D, 6D, and monitoring and managing the design and construction for successful execution.

The project's early phase was to provide consultation to Changi Airport Group. This included building a business case for BIM implementation, and a roadmap for all the stakeholders involved. This also included the creation of standards, templates, and all organization's process assets to incorporate use of BIM into the workflow and submission protocols.

Construction planning and sequencing of the project was extensively carried out using 3D models connecting the models with the 4th dimension i.e. 'time' to plan the scheduling of activities.
