The project is a mixed-use project including Residential (130,000m2), Commercial (45,000m2), Entertainment (25,000m2), and a Marina. The Marina to be developed needed to have the 250 number of Berths. This development was mainly focused on the people working in the nearby Jubail Industrial City, providing luxury accommodation to them. My involvement in the project was in the preliminary studies, concept development, architecture designing, and drawings submission to the Royal Commission of Jubail and Yanbu. The final building design was open-built structures to enhance the views of the Marina and to let the wind flow freely without any obstruction through the buildings.
Location : Jubail Industrial City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Project Type: Mixed-Use Development Design-Build project
Site area : 98,099m2
Project cost : US$200,000,000.

Landscaping covers an area of 1500sqm. Another 1500sqm is dedicated for the recreational facilities and 1700sqm towards common spaces.
The Conventional Hall and the Multipurpose hall are kept separate from the residential areas, since it would also be utilised by the residents as well as the public, for functions, gatherings, etc.

The promenade would serve as the main spine of the project connecting all the residential buildings, commercial areas, marina, and the Community areas in the project at the ground level.
The commercial spaces located on the ground floor of the building would occupy 6000 sqm.
