Hi! I am Anant!

As a globally experienced architect, planner, sustainability enthusiast, VDC/BIM expert, and builder my work is based on the intertwined connection of architecture, sustainability, and the digital environment to achieve the best possible results and maximize client's business value.

My passion for building things emerged early in my childhood; my first computer in '98 introduced me to design and simulation programs, sparking a lifelong fascination with planning and architecture, both in the digital and physical environments. Driven by the mission "to create a sustainable future through the power of design and digital technologies", the architect within me helps create holistic and integrated solutions that promote sustainability at various scales, from individual buildings to entire communities.

During the last 15 years, I've worked on projects ranging from single-family homes to multi-story residential, airports to mega hospitals, the largest and most unique commercial malls to innovative data center projects, and master planning of Institutional campuses to hydroelectric projects.

Throughout my journey, I've delivered projects that follow lean and integrated project delivery principles and have been benchmark projects in their respective segments. The projects I've designed follow an innate connection with nature, as seen in my projects.

Sustainability

Sustainable design is a holistic integrated design approach to creating a built environment that is environmentally friendly, economically viable, and socially beneficial. Sustainability is now considered one of the most important pillars in architecture design, as there is a need to fight climate change now more than ever.

In today's complex environment within the AECO industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owners), LEAN and IPD (Integrated Project Delivery) are nearly impossible without using BIM, VDC, or digital technologies at any stage whether the schematic, planning, design, or construction of the built environment.  

By designing projects in the virtual environment, different iterations or options can be tested, analyzed, and planned to achieve the best outcome.
