The project comprised various types of units from A, B, C, and D. These alphabets have been assigned based on the number of rooms offered within each unit:

• A = 5 layouts (A1-A5) - 1bhk units

• B = 9 layouts (B1-B2, BP1-BP4, BS1-BS3)

• C = 12 layouts (C1-C8, CP1-CP4)

• D = 3 layouts (D1-D3)

Unit Designs

Each unit was developed and modeled individually to fit in the overall building layout and to carry out PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) works - A type of DFMA for residential buildings. Individual layout drawings were created for the required purpose, post-completion of coordination of spaces and services.
